As Vietnam has already lifted Covid-19 prevention measures, the country enjoys a tourism boost and the restart of many international flights from different regions worldwide.
Vietnam Airlines has resumed international flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Jakarta, Indonesia after the country removed almost all Covid-19 restrictions. Three weekly flights are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. The carrier projects to resume its pre-pandemic frequency of 7 flights by the end of this year.

Also, AirAsia, the Malaysian low-cost airline is going to resume direct international flights from Kuala Lumpur to Nha Trang and Dalat city. The airline expects to arrange two weekly flights on each route. Thanks to this resumption, both Vietnam and Indonesia hope to achieve economic recovery after the pandemic.
