Lai Chau, a northern highlands town in Vietnam to open the 632-meter-long glass bridge which is recorded as the longest glass bridge in the world on the Reunification Day Holiday (April 30th).
Belonging to Moc Chau Island Tourist Area, Son La Province, this bridge named Bach Long is in its completing stages, according to Voice of Vietnam (VOV). Its inauguration will mark a notable event to attract tourists and boost the provincial tourism industry.
Measured 632 meters in length and 150 meters in height above the ground, Bach Long Glass Bridge is going to be the longest glass bridge in the world and is in procedure to seek Guinness world record recognition. This bridge will provide visitors with a thrilling and fascinating experience.

The bridge guarantees a high safety level by using three layers of 40 millimeter-thick super-tempered glass manufactured by a leading French company Saint Gobain. Meanwhile, the entire cable car system is produced and imported from South Korea. 500 visitors can walk on the bridge at the same time.
The current world’s longest and highest glass bridge which is measured 430 meters long is located in Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon in western Hunan Province of China.
