The three biggest metropolises of Vietnam including Hanoi Captial, Danang City, and Ho Chi Minh City have just been shortlisted as “Top 10 Cities In Southeast Asia” under “Asia’s Best Awards 2022” by the American magazine Renders of the Travel + Leisure last month.

More specifically, Danang City, the most liveable city in Vietnam, ranked third while Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were listed in the fifth and eighth places respectively. Additionally, Bangkok, a vibrant tourist destination in Thailand topped the list.

The list was made based on votes collected from magazine readers in many parts of the world within four months from January to April this year.
Another positive news, Phu Quoc and Con Dao Islands, the two biggest islands in Vietnam have also been voted the 4th and 10th places in the list of “Best Islands in Southeast Asia”.

Thanks to a great deal of effort to recover after the Covid-19 pandemic, Vietnam was the only country to fully reopen for inbound tourism without any restrictions in Southeast Asia, according to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
